In addition to covering your use of the website these terms and conditions also govern any purchase that you make on our website. By using our website you accept and agree to these terms and conditions and any other policies, rules or guidelines that we may post on the website from time to time, including our privacy policy. Libertine Blends values our customers and respect their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We want to make your shopping experience as safe and satisfying as possible. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Libertine Blends.

Website Terms of Service

Libertine Blends is a trading name of Libertine Blends Limited and herein may be referred to as "Libertine Blends", "We" or "Us". As used herein, "Customer" and "You" shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.   

1. Acceptance of terms

The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.   

2. Price, currency and GST

All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other  currencies. Libertine Blends reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

3. Shipping

We will ship your ordered items from our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your order. We may provide an estimate as to delivery time, but that will be an estimate only.

4. Payment

If your payment method is unsuccessful we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. If you are unable to provide an alternative payment method we reserve the right to:

(a)   refuse or cancel the order; or
(b) commence legal proceedings against you to fulfill the terms of the order.

5. Returns

We will accept returns of products within 30 days of purchase and will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) if products are received unopened in their original packaging. If your product is faulty please contact us immediately so that we may arrange a replacement item.
